Your customers can sign up for your service or product offering, via Debit Order, via your website, mobile app, In-store QR code, E-mail or through an SMS link.
Your client or customer completes the online debit order mandate… “the digiMandate”.. and signs electronically, on the electronic signature field as provided on the digiMandate.
After your customer or client has completed and signed the digiMandate, you and your client or customer will both receive a signed PDF copy. We at Rapid Pay Collect will store a copy of the digiMandate in the cloud.
